I met a man at work and fell for him, I'm still falling years later and have never made any move. Now I feel my chance has gone because neither of us work in the same place.
How can I let him know my feelings when I never see him? So close and yet he couldn't be further!

I'm thinking that you have a number of options available to you. Since you have worked with him in the past you could try to organize a get together with your old workgroup and invite him to come along?

Maybe a party at your place or some restaurant and you can pop the invitation into his mailbox and /or get someone else to organize it? Perhaps a man whom you got along with when you worked together? It doesn't have to be everyone. Just the people in your section would do?
Another option would be to get a male friend to bump into him, perhaps walking in front of his house, and say "hey didn't you used to work at < your workplace >?

Your designated person can even go to his workplace whilst you are away during the week and try to get him contact details / give him yours?
I'm sure that you can come up with many ideas to meet a man you're attracted to. However if you want to be with him and you cannot move on then you have got to do something about it.
What men look for in a woman?
Bottom line: Even though it might end up in failure at least you would have tried and can move on. Since you didn't try back then it will always lurk in the back of your mind.
