I have the hoots for a guy at work and have for quite a while. I kept it to a minimal flirting at friendly level after I made that decision. I never make any confessions of wanting to be with him.

I really want to give this a chance and REALLY like this girl a lot.

Bottom line: Of course you will get bad break ups within the work environment but you can also meet the men or of your dreams who you could very well wind up marrying? It depends on the people as well as the situation.
