I got attracted to a man who was a friend for a long time. Sometimes I think he likes me but at other times I think he doesn't. Although he was shy and introvert in the beginning I think he's developing in the just opposite direction.

He likes to tease me, makes jokes and sometimes makes me unconformable around my friends. How to decipher this guy's behavior?

But all is not lost. Set your sights on someone who shows you that he is interested. Flirting is conversing. Conversation is about anything.

Bottom line: If you still just have to know if he is interested, stop hanging out with both him and the group he hangs out with. If he seeks you out, he is interested, if not, there is your answer.

You can still be friendly with him, and leave the door open for him when and if he feels comfortable enough to admit what he feels for you, if indeed he feels anything.
